I forgot to return my charger, now what?

What if the kiosk is malfunctioning?
We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with one of our kiosks. Please email us at info@charge.rent or call one of our customer service numbers listed below. We will remotely try to reset the kiosk which usually takes care of most issues.

How long can I keep my rented charger?
In most locations you can pay the daily rental fee for up to 7 days at which point you are charged the retail value of the charger and it is yours to keep. You can reuse the charger by charging it with a standard Micro USB cable plugged into a wall outlet or computer.
